• Orders are accepted via our website and must be paid in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, online bank transfer (FPX), e-wallet (Tng).
• An order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.

4. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are available within Klang valley areas. Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
• We strive to deliver within the selected time frame, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, etc).
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
• The order is canceled within the stated cancellation period.
• Delivery fails due to our error.
• Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by incorrect details or failure to collect a delivered item.

6. Product and Substitution Policy

• Flowers material and wrapper are subject to seasonal and supply availability. If a specific flower or item is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value and similar appearance.
• Product received may vary from the advertise image due to specific reason (e.g., making by different florist, packging changes, lighting, etc).

7. Returns and Complaints

• If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us. We may request photographic evidence of the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution at our discretion.

8. Privacy and Data Use

• Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share your information with third parties except as required for order processing or by law.
